FOAA establishes billing company, Evergreen Medical Billing, Inc.
FOAA provides office-based anesthesia services to dentists/oral surgeons in accredited facility.

FOAA expands its anesthesiology staff and management to serve the new full-service replacement hospital built by the Inova Health System in Virginia.
