FOAA Anesthesia Services (FOAA) has been in business for over 25 years with humble beginnings at a small hospital located on the outskirts of Washington, DC.  FOAA’s consistent attention to high quality care and outstanding customer service resulted in growth opportunities via word-of-mouth.  Now one of the premier anesthesia service providers and anesthesia management companies in the mid-Atlantic region, FOAA currently employs over 190 clinicians and support staff and provides 80,000 anesthetics annually. 

In 2009 FOAA was rated along with hundreds of anesthesia providers across the country in an independent survey of customer service satisfaction and was recognized as the National Top Performer for Anesthesia Services.   FOAA, nevertheless, constantly reinvests to develop safer and more efficient ways to deliver healthcare and meet the vision of providing outstanding customer service and quality care.
